We are an independent initiative based in Auckland, created to bring together and support individuals who invested funds into the failed Smudgy Developments Ltd property project in New Plymouth.
Why we formed this network
When the New Plymouth property venture collapsed, many contributors were left without answers or ongoing communication. Smudgy Developments Ltd Investors was established to bridge that gap, giving affected participants a collective voice and a shared space to coordinate efforts.
Our mission and purpose
Our primary purpose is to locate fellow investors across New Zealand and abroad who put capital into Smudgy Developments Ltd. By consolidating our resources, knowledge, and shared experiences, we work to ensure transparency, clarity, and fair representation for all involved.
